We take all aspects of the home, the market, the comparables and the circumstances to determine the right listing price or offer price. This methodical process will ensure your price as been arrived at based on through investigation, skill and strategy and your goals and time frames have been taken into consideration.

The price you decide to list or offer at should be based on a in home visit and knowledge of the physical condition and research of the seller contributions of the comparables. 

Rica is ready to guide you through a methodical and strategical route to determine you price point. 

We do not use automated number that do not take into consider your home or the comparable homes, the surrounding areas, and selects based on general information. Listing a home is not a simple selection of a few near by homes, using public records, and making an average. The skill of pricing your home and properties requires the ability to create a complex comparative market analysis (CMA). It also requires the ability to recognize the expertise of appraisers, their vital role in real estate and how to work with them. Utilize the best technology mixed with training and skill. This applies to buying that same house.
